Iris has participated in numerous government contract awards during her career. She selected and lead teams in business development, and shared in program strategies, executing capture planning with winning results.
Her proposal experience adds significant value as a contributor of content, writer and editor. On receipt of the contract awards, she’s been responsible as the program manager to ensure the project’s transition occurs within the mandated time-frame identified in the contract.
- Winning contracts awards have ranged from $500,000 to 3,000,000.00 as a prime team member and a subcontractor to prime suppliers.
In 2011 the company began servicing small businesses to maneuver through the necessary certifications processes. Iris started coaching small businesses interested in working with the government, preparing these small businesses with real life experience and knowledge to do business with the Federal government.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with suppliers and client companies located around the world. Today, she continues to work with small businesses, educating them on the current business trends.
